# What You'll Need:
→ Steak & Marinade
01 - 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
→ Aromatics & Herbs
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
→ Optional Garnish
10 - Lemon wedges, for serving
# How To Make It:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sirloin cubes with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to coat and allow to marinate at room temperature for a minimum of 10 minutes.
02 - Preheat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
03 - Arrange steak cubes in a single layer in the skillet without overcrowding (cook in batches if necessary). Sear undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn and cook for an additional 2 minutes until browned and cooked through.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. Push steak to one side of the pan. Add butter and minced garlic to the cleared space, cooking and stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
05 - Toss steak bites in the garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley and thyme. Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges if desired.
